Sixers sign Shelvin Mack to another 10-day contract
Share This Post

The Sixers on Monday signed Shelvin Mack to another 10-day contract.

Mack, who signed his first 10-day contract with Philadelphia on Jan. 17, has logged five minutes over two games with the Sixers. The 6-foot-3 point guard scored two points in three minutes of action in the Jan. 21 home loss to the Spurs and played two minute in Saturday night’s 97-80 home win over the Knicks.

Mack’s original signing in Philadelphia coincided with the expiration of the 10-day contract of Maalik Wayns. Mack, the former Butler star, was waived Jan. 7 by the Washington Wizards, who drafted him in the second round of the 2011 draft.
