Grady Sizemore will lead off in his Phillies debut Friday night against the Washington Nationals.

Sizemore was promoted Thursday after hitting .283 with a .353 on-base percentage in 11 games with Triple A Lehigh Valley. He'll be in center field when the Phils open their final series of the first half.

Sizemore did not play in the majors in 2012 or 2013, but started this season with the Red Sox and was productive for 10 games, hitting .343 with two doubles and two homers. He proceeded to hit .187 over his next 150 ABs.

The rest of the Phillies' lineup is structured the way it's been for a few weeks, with Jimmy Rollins batting second, Cody Asche in the six-hole and Cameron Rupp behind the plate.

Ben Revere, who has hit .387 over his last 15 games, is out of the starting lineup for the second straight game.
